For immediate release. Please announce the following event:

Behold…there is a new dynasty in Florida.  Several owners from top minor league football teams collaborate to form a new league, The Florida Football Alliance (The Alliance)!!!  With the initial signing of the following power house teams: Bradenton Gladiators, East Coast Reapers, Polk County War Eagles, Hernando Eagles, North Florida Rams, Magic City Bulls, St. Pete Sharks and Treasure Coast Hornets, the Alliance will definitely be the league to join.

The Florida Football Alliance is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion and advancement of minor league football teams based in the state. We are assembling 24 of Florida’s top minor league football teams to participate in this new and exciting venture.

What makes the Alliance different from other leagues is the concept of owner management.  Many leagues appoint a commissioner that is solely responsible for rule development and enforcement.  However, in the Alliance each owner has a voice in the operation of the league and can exercise their rights through member voting privileges.

Some of our benefits include but are not limited to:

  • Fundraising and sponsorship assistance through non-profit status
  • Each team holds a seat on the board as a director allowing part ownership.
  • Access to a new team resource and guidance center
  • Team featured on website as well as league marketing and advertising materials
  • Award recognition for outstanding organizations, coaches, and players
  • Professionally trained officials
  • Custom Florida Football Alliance footballs
  • Championship game with opportunity to earn up to 150% of league fees
  • All-star game which offers players the opportunity to showcase talent in a public forum
  • Invitation to annual awards banquet
  • Assistance in purchase of championship rings
  • Transportation assistance for championship teams invited to participate in national championship games
  • And much, much more!!!!!!!!

You can apply for membership by completing the application and providing all other supporting documentation, which includes proof of ownership (e.g. incorporation, sole proprietor or partnership), game field contract and proof of liability insurance.  Submit application and supporting documentation along with a $250.00 application fee to the Florida Football Alliance office by June 30, 2007.  Please make check or money order payable to the Florida Football Alliance.  Applicants will be notified of their status within 30 days of submission.
Your membership in the Florida Football Alliance will be a unique opportunity and the experience will be unlike any other league in the state of Florida. Joining the league will not only give your team some incredible sponsorship opportunities but will allow you to participate in a highly competitive environment.  Please do not hesitate to contact the Florida Football Alliance at 407-619-5892 or tpage@ffafootball.com  if you have any questions.

Sincerely

Terrence Page Sr, President
Florida Football Alliance, Inc.
